Fluence is looking for an experienced HSE Manager / Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) to support our operations across Germany.
This role is responsible for ensuring the safe delivery, commissioning, and operation of Fluence Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
The HSE Manager will collaborate closely with Delivery, Service, Engineering, and Project Management teams, as well as contractors and clients, to ensure the safe execution of project activities and to foster a strong and proactive safety culture.
