Must-have

  • Replace lighting and ballasts
  • Clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts

  • Recognize danger and safety hazards
  • Maintain compliance to ordinances, codes, or laws
  • Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo
  • Perform Vehicle Safety Inspection

Key Requirements

  • 1-3 years applicable working experience
  • Basic plumbing and basic electrical
  • Licenses as required by authority
  • Able to lift up to 80 lbs
  • Climb up to 30 ft ladders
  • Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting
