Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's or PhD in Epidemiology or related field
4-5 years experience with Real World Data
Expertise in propensity score methods and regression analysis
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and/or SAS programming
Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED CT, and OMOP CDM
Experience evaluating EHR, claims, and registry data sources
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with AI coding tools like Cursor and LLMs
Experience with Power Automate and Power App
Publication record in peer-reviewed journals
Ability to work with assumptions in fast-paced environments
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Key Requirements
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in quantitative discipline
Minimum 4-5 years relevant industry experience
Demonstrated expertise in US healthcare data systems
