Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care needs, monitoring vital signs, and promptly reporting any changes in resident condition or incidents.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict confidentiality of health information
Assist with lifting and transporting residents
Nice-to-have
Ability to create warm and positive atmosphere
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Strong communication skills for inter-departmental cooperation
Willingness to participate in regular shift meetings
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license
