  • You will consistently meet or exceed defined sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including order growth, margin contribution, pipeline development, and conversion rates.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management
  • Technical expertise in power systems and DA technologies
  • Familiarity with communication protocols (IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus)
  • Proven ability to develop and execute market-specific sales strategies
  • Experience working with EPCs, OEMs, panel builders, distributors, system integrators
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
