Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the internal oversight and monitoring of all facility loading dock areas as well as coordinating with outside contractors.
  • The role includes overseeing the dock pass program, enforcing cart and lift usage policies, and inspecting escalators and elevators for issues.
  • Candidates receive a $500 signing bonus after 30 days and an additional $500 upon 90 days of service along with comprehensive health benefits.

Salary

  • Previous experience with shipping/receiving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work non-standard hours including nights
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds

Nice-to-have

  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Experience in document control or administrative support
  • Event environment experience preferred
  • Ability to create Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
