  • Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree plus 8 years of experience
  • 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience

  • Experience supporting site maintenance master planning
  • Strong project management experience
  • Experience driving RCM, asset criticality, and PM/PdM strategies
  • Experience supporting environmental sustainability initiatives
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency with business systems (MS Office, CMMS)
  • Ability to travel 30–50% globally
  • Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) preferred
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred
  • Experience in regulated industries preferred
