  • The Associate Director, Performance Excellence, will build and lead a new centralized performance management function within Humana MarketPoint to ensure consistent measurement and visibility of performance across all channels.
  • This role involves high visibility engagement with senior leadership, including SVP and VPs, to guide business conversations, surface risks and opportunities, and support compensation and performance planning.
