Key Requirements
Financial planner diploma from Institute of Financial Planning
Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or CFA Level 1
3 to 5 years of banking experience
Bilingual in English and French
CIRO license preferred (required within 90 days)
Completion of Conduct & Practices Handbook within 90 days
Completion of Wealth Management Essentials within 30 months
