Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess at least a 10th-grade education to perform essential duties such as measuring vital signs and assisting with personal care.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information while reporting all accidents, incidents, and changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
