Must-have
5+ years relevant technical elevator experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a highly team-oriented environment

Comfortable utilizing Microsoft based computer software
Strong leadership and time management skills
Key Requirements
High school degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Working knowledge of non-Otis software
Experience with current and vintage Otis and non-Otis products
