The Workplace Relations team provide operational workplace relations and human resources advice on matters such as performance management, misconduct, and dispute resolution.
Provide advice and guidance to employees and management on employment related matters, and support the resolution of employee disputes and workplace grievances.
Facilitate presentations and workshops on a range of Workplace Relations topics to provide coaching and training.
