Job Summary

• Imagine being the scientific voice in the field who helps shape how oncology care evolves—by turning evidence into meaningful conversations, partnerships, and action that can improve patient outcomes.
• In this role, you will lead and coach a team of six to eight Medical Science Liaisons while translating the local medical plan into a clear, field-ready strategy across the product lifecycle, from pre-launch through launch and beyond.
• You will build trusted, ethical relationships with healthcare professionals and medical experts, gather insights that inform strategic decisions, and collaborate closely with internal partners such as Medical, Value and Access, Regulatory, Commercial, and Execution Excellence to elevate scientific standards and strengthen Novartis’ reputation as a credible, patient-centered leader in oncology.
