  • Handle 100+ calls daily with high urgency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Windows/Mac

  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to use webcam during meetings
  • Experience with translation services preferred

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 0-6 months of relevant professional experience
  • Minimum 20Mbps download and 5Mbps upload internet speed
  • Must be available to work 8AM-6:30PM CST Monday-Friday
  • No time off allowed during the training period
