  • Lead global lifecycle planning for legacy instrument platforms, by managing the legacy portfolio through end-of-life and driving upgrade strategy to next-generation technologies.
  • Serve as the global lead for upgrade initiatives, aligning regional commercial teams, sustaining, Operations, and Service to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and execute the global upgrade roadmap, including segmentation, value propositions, commercial models, trade-in/trade-up programs, marketing materials, and adoption targets.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years Product Management / PLM / Product Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or related field
  • Proven success leading global product transitions or large-scale upgrade programs
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Proficient in SFDC, ServiceMax and Power BI
  • 25% travel
