Lead the end-to-end management of healthcare information system projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR), data security standards, and organization policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate effective communication among project teams, executive leadership, and external partners.
