The role is responsible for managing all aspects of office operations and facilities functions, including front reception, office supplies, vendors, and overall office appearance.
Key responsibilities include planning seating charts, coordinating employee moves, assessing office space needs, and maintaining relationships with facilities and administration contacts.
Additional duties involve supporting local business unit staff in HR/TA, Finance, and IT, and assisting the Managing Director as directed.

Willing to report to the office at least thrice a week
