  • Key responsibilities include planning seating charts, coordinating employee moves, assessing office space needs, and maintaining relationships with facilities and administration contacts.
  • Additional duties involve supporting local business unit staff in HR/TA, Finance, and IT, and assisting the Managing Director as directed.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to report to the office at least thrice a week
  • Willing to travel to Cebu office
