Key responsibilities include building strong working relationships with Federal Ministries of Health, regulatory bodies, and local laboratory funders to navigate complex funding mechanisms.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6+ years senior commercial leadership experience
3-4 years proven people management experience
Strong background in IVD or Molecular Diagnostics markets
Deep understanding of Nigerian public healthcare systems
Established relationships with Nigerian government and KOLs
Full P&L responsibility and business planning expertise
Nice-to-have
French language skills for regional collaboration
Experience in finance or strong analytical capabilities
Understanding of donor-funded program procurement
Ability to navigate complex tender processes
Proven track record in West African markets
Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years in senior commercial or country leadership role
At least 3-4 years of people management experience
University degree in Medical Technology, Biochemistry, or related field
Demonstrated experience in the Nigerian healthcare market
