Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience
  • Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • Experience in construction management of complex new builds
  • Experience in controlling and monitoring general contractors
  • Good knowledge of construction law (BauGB / planning law)
  • Good knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and DIN standards
  • Experience with MS Project
  • Very good English skills
