  • read detailed manufacturing instructions
  • operate manual and automatic machines
  • visual and dimensional inspection skills
  • complete device history records

Nice-to-have

  • medical device industry experience preferred
  • familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
  • IPC soldering standards certification desired
  • welding or material science training preferred
  • ability to train other team members

Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 3-5 years light assembly experience in regulated industry
  • Computer proficiency required
  • One-year related quality experience preferred
