Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of the Registered Nurse (RN) position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during the assigned shift.
  • The RN ensures that nursing services are provided in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies to maintain the highest level of quality care for residents.
  • This role works closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support safe, effective, and compassionate care.
