Job Summary
This role will support recruiters and managers in the hiring and onboarding processes, acting as a liaison among candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
You will schedule and track candidates throughout the hiring process in our applicant tracking system, Workday, ensuring first in class customer service internally and a robust candidate experience externally.
This is a temporary, contract position with the strong potential to go permanent, considered hybrid, requiring 1-2 days per week in the Deer Park, New York office.
