Job Summary

  • This role leads the evolution of how Amgen translates data, AI, and advanced analytics into real-time, workflow-embedded decision systems that directly shape business actions and patient impact.
  • You will operate as an embedded strategic partner to Commercial, Medical, and cross-functional leadership, co-owning key business decisions and rapidly translating high-value opportunities into scalable AI-driven solutions.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Business/Data Science
  • 5+ years leading people and strategic projects
  • Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated industries
  • Integration of diverse cross-domain data sources
  • Rapid deployment operating model expertise

Nice-to-have

  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
  • Deep knowledge of Commercial and Medical data ecosystems

Key Requirements

  • Doctorate degree + 5 years experience OR Master's + 9 years OR Bachelor's + 11 years
  • Minimum 5 years direct management or leadership experience
  • Proven track record deploying AI solutions in regulated environments
