Base: $140,000 - $210,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work options
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years software engineering experience
Python or TypeScript web framework expertise
SaaS product ownership in cloud environments
Relational database design and optimization
API development with backwards compatibility
Nice-to-have
Experience with LLMs and Agent development
Familiarity with event-driven architectures
Knowledge of Elasticsearch or document stores
Hands-on containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
Strong communication with non-technical partners
Key Requirements
8+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years experience with Python/TypeScript frameworks
Experience designing and operating SaaS products in AWS
