Base: $115,440 - $186,160 USD annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for cash and/or equity incentive awards; Benefits: Health, well-being, savings, retirement programs, and paid time off included.

Must-have
7+ years of related experience
Comprehensive knowledge of wills and trusts
Strong sales ability to attract new clients
Ability to formulate complete financial plans
Experience with estate and investment planning
Nice-to-have
Supervisory experience preferred
Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor designation
Completion of recognized trust school program
Flexibility to think out of the box
Proven track record in cross-selling services
