Job Summary
Lead the technical relationship with strategic partners and ensure their integrations function with excellence, acting as the bridge between business, technology, and operations.
Analyze large volumes of data to identify opportunities for improvement in integrations, quantify sustainable optimization opportunities, and generate insights to enhance partner and user experience.
Manage multiple integration projects in parallel, build and execute improvement roadmaps, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the correct implementation of enhancements.
