Job Summary

• Manage daily operations of enterprise connectivity services including SASE, firewalls, VPN, DNS, and SSL certificates, while providing operational support for GSIP platforms to ensure stable voice and video communication.
• Oversee service delivery, ensure SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements are met, and identify opportunities to automate network service provisioning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Manage relationships with managed service providers, monitor vendor performance, handle vendor invoicing, and maintain documentation of all systems and contracts.
