Base: $170,000 - $316,000 USD (US locations); Base: $140,000 - $175,000 CAD (Ontario); Bonus: Eligible for Annual Bonus based on performance
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science
7+ years building production IR NLP ML systems
Deep expertise in RAG architectures and agentic frameworks
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI capabilities
Proven ability to publish at top-tier venues like NeurIPS ACL
Nice-to-have
Strong product mindset translating customer problems to AI apps
Experience in medical tax or law professional domains
Thought leadership and mentoring scientists across Labs
