Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years quality controlled environment experience
  • Visual, functional, and dimensional inspection skills
  • Knowledge of measurement equipment like micrometers and calipers
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Experience with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive issue identification

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in regulated industry with cGMP principles
  • Knowledge of IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies
  • Familiarity with FDA cGMP regulations
  • Working knowledge of medical device regulations
  • Experience with Zero Acceptance Number Sampling Plans
  • Proficiency with Camstar, JDE, Trackwise, and Teamcenter systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
