  • Perform mechanical DFMEA analysis of ECU mechanical elements to support the development of inhouse electronics designed ECUs for the Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) electrical architecture.
  • Lead mechanical DFMEA activities for ECU mechanical elements, analyze mechanical functions, and facilitate cross-functional reviews to ensure accurate risk assessment and alignment with automotive safety and reliability requirements.
  • Contribute to lessons learned, continuous improvement, and integrate Mechanical DFMEA with Electrical Component/Circuit level DFMEAs in GM’s FMEA Integration Tool for traceability.
