Job Summary
This role supports an applied research project on cricket protein-based functional beverages within a multidisciplinary team.
The appointee will characterize insect proteins, optimize processing conditions, and formulate stable oil-in-water emulsions for industry-scale applications.
Candidates are expected to conduct bioaccessibility studies, analyze consumer acceptance data, and supervise junior researchers.
