Job Summary

  • The Compliance Officer & Internal Auditor position ensures fiscal policies, practices, and/or regulations meet the compliance requirements of Oklahoma Statutes, Administrative Rules, and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
  • Responsibilities include evaluating existing or planned financial and operating systems and their related procedures and making recommendations for modification and improvements to the same, to improve controls and/or enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Pursue CPA or CIA designation
  • Experience in public finance or state government preferred
  • CPA or CIA designation preferred
  • Data analytics, Jasper, Java code, PeopleSoft experience preferred
  • Knowledge of mineral deeds, probates, tax documents preferred
  • Experience using Auditing Software, ACL (Analytics) preferred
