Job Summary

  • As a Senior Personal Carer, you'll conduct initial client intake and screening assessments, develop and review individualised care plans with a client-centred approach, while providing quality care based on clients' needs.
  • Spend your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities.
