  • Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, and is responsible for ensuring resident safety and that residents are treated with the utmost respect.
  • Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the position regarding residents and employees and must keep abreast of regulatory changes and communicate changes appropriately.
