Job Summary

  • Provides ongoing support and coordination while acting as liaison between the Medical Staff and Administration, responsible for the on-going credentialing/privileging process and other administrative functions.
  • Maintains and updates the Medical Staff database system, prepares Medical Staff directories, and provides orientation and notifications regarding requirements and expirations.
  • Supports facility initiatives to improve physician engagement and works in areas that address Provider Quality, which may include FPPE, OPPE, Peer review and other quality tracking.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare
  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • CPCS or CPMSM within five (5) years of employment preferred
