Job Summary
Provides ongoing support and coordination while acting as liaison between the Medical Staff and Administration, responsible for the on-going credentialing/privileging process and other administrative functions.
Maintains and updates the Medical Staff database system, prepares Medical Staff directories, and provides orientation and notifications regarding requirements and expirations.
Supports facility initiatives to improve physician engagement and works in areas that address Provider Quality, which may include FPPE, OPPE, Peer review and other quality tracking.
