Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained.
  • You will participate in developing policies, conducting staff training, and assisting with government surveys to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • This role requires providing direct nursing care, including starting IVs, obtaining specimens, and monitoring resident conditions alongside administrative duties.

Key Requirements

  • Current active RN license in state

  • Current CPR certification
  • Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
