Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained.
You will participate in developing policies, conducting staff training, and assisting with government surveys to ensure full regulatory compliance.
This role requires providing direct nursing care, including starting IVs, obtaining specimens, and monitoring resident conditions alongside administrative duties.
