Engage in ESR measurement operations, including assumption setting and calculation of economic value-based insurance liabilities, in coordination with ERM.
Manage daily operations, progress, and quality control for members of the Actuarial Liabilities Department, and conduct training for knowledge sharing and skill enhancement within the team.
