Job Summary

  • As the WEM Partner Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive resale bookings and revenue through key WEM partnerships.
  • This role reports to the Senior Director, Business Development and will require collaboration with Sales, SalesOps, Solution Consulting, Marketing, PS, Product Management, Finance and others.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years Contact Center (CCaaS) or AI experience
  • Significant Sales, Marketing, and/or Business Development experience
  • Understanding of SaaS and/or reseller contracts
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
