As Manager - Business Operations, you’ll lead Statements of Work (SOWs), Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROMs) governance and proposal management, drive AI/automation initiatives, and push process improvements across the Datacom presales teams.
You’ll triage presales opportunities, remove blockers, and accelerate SOW turnaround, championing innovative tech to raise presales standards in Managed Services.
