Receives vehicles and attends to customers for preventive and/or corrective maintenance, advising and informing them about the status of work and addressing their needs to ensure service excellence.
Maintains constant communication with clients regarding vehicle repair progress, budgets, and delivery schedules to meet agreed-upon commitments.
Provides technical advice, warranty information, and handles claims, while also generating quotes for additional services to offer comprehensive support.

Key Requirements
