Job Summary
This role manages budgeting and spending, vendor and procurement processes, facilities, safety and IT coordination, governance and compliance, and supports senior design leadership on planning, headcount, and strategic initiatives.
The role involves owning day-to-day operations for GM China Design, coordinating cross-studio activities, leading budget planning and forecasting, and managing end-to-end procurement for studio needs.
The successful candidate will implement and maintain Global Design Operations standards, policies, and processes within GM China Design, and support leadership on headcount planning and engagement activities.
