  • The Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) Regional Facility & Voluntary Solutions Leader is responsible for developing and driving the broader MMB Facility and Voluntary Solutions strategy and client value proposition across Asia.
  • This role requires you own and drive the strategy to deliver accelerated growth for the entire MMB Facility Solutions across the region.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in placement across product, operations, and carrier management
