Job Summary

• This position is responsible for leading the intelligent City Services (iCS) Application Engineer team to support the technical implementation, application integration, project deployment, and customer technical service of smart retail solutions.
• As a team leader, this role requires setting department goals and technical support strategies based on business development direction, leading the team to handle technical issues at all stages from pre-sales evaluation to post-sales maintenance, and continuously improving team technical capabilities and service quality.
• The position requires close collaboration with cross-departmental units such as Sales, Product Management, R&D, Projects, and Customer Service to promote product application landing, optimize technical documentation and training mechanisms, and help build competitive retail application technical service capabilities.

Key Requirements

• University degree in relevant engineering or science fields
• 7+ years of experience in computer, industrial computer, system integration, or technical support/application engineering
• 5+ years of team management or technical leadership experience
• English proficiency for technical documentation and international communication
• Familiarity with computer hardware architecture and system application technologies
• Familiarity with IoT device applications and network communication
• Experience in creating and delivering technical training materials
