Job Summary
As a Senior Manager Learning & Development, you will be responsible for diagnostics within our leadership development and design training measures for the target group.
You will be responsible for our aptitude diagnostics portfolio, including conducting potential selection procedures (Assessment Center), and ensure that our processes are uniform, effective, and efficient.
