The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring effective and high-quality program implementation across three strategic objectives: strengthening regional coalitions’ capacity to advocate for SRHR in humanitarian contexts; reinforcing national and sub-national coordination for SRHR service delivery in crisis-affected areas; and defining and testing practical frameworks for shifting power from international actors to local organizations

Job Summary

  • The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring effective and high-quality program implementation across three strategic objectives: strengthening regional coalitions’ capacity to advocate for SRHR in humanitarian contexts; reinforcing national and sub-national coordination for SRHR service delivery in crisis-affected areas; and defining and testing practical frameworks for shifting power from international actors to local organizations.
  • The role requires strong advocacy skills, partnership management expertise, project management experience, and deep commitment to SRHR and localization in humanitarian settings.
  • The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world's worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster.

Key Requirements

  • Seven (7) years' experience in public health project management
  • Two years managing regional or multi-country projects
  • Master of Public Health or equivalent degree
  • Written and spoken competency in French
