Job Summary
The Development Intern will support Greystar’s development platform in Ireland by performing financial analysis of development opportunities.
You’ll be taught to conduct financial analysis of development opportunities, including creating detailed pro-forma and financial models, calculating and interpreting key investment metrics and running scenario analysis to inform decision making.
You’ll be present when we’re interfacing with internal and external stakeholders for proposed and on-going developments, gaining insights into the entire development process including design, planning, cost management and construction stages on live projects.
