Job Summary

  • As Senior Director, Global Functional Development, you will be a key leader on the Global Talent Management & People Strategy Team responsible for designing and operationalizing talent strategies, development programs, and capability planning.
  • This role is open to hybrid work, and will be frequently at our HQ offices in North Vancouver, with some international travel.
  • You will partner with key functional leaders to develop strategies, programs, and solutions that help the function – and Arc’teryx – to have the right skills and capabilities for today and the future.
