Lead and develop a team of geologists to deliver an extensive drill program in support of the PFS, focused on Mineral Resource growth and conversion.
Establish and lead underground mine geology functions, including defining and managing geology KPIs, implementing ore control and material tracking systems.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Geology
Minimum five (5) years’ experience
Experience leading technical teams

Proven ability to communicate effectively
Proven track record managing multi-drill rig fleet
