Job Summary

• Analyze and resolve requests regarding IT systems issues and enhancements, leveraging analytical skills to diagnose root causes, implement timely and effective solutions, and drive continuous improvements through system modifications and process enhancements.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, access control, and secure deactivation of systems and devices.
• The compensation for this role averages between $75,000 - 90,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this role's package.
