Expand capacity for LLM-driven development, theming enhancements, and backlog execution within Databricks, collaborating with Power Platform developers to integrate AI capabilities.
Develop ad hoc and delivered reports using SQL backend queries with Excel and Power BI, answering questions about high-volume ticket drivers and creating reports to track reduction.
Partner with multiple PMs to gather requirements, deliver reports, add business value through data insights, and manage an extensive backlog with regular status reports.
